I'm trying to update my ipod 5 with the newest update, but I'm scared to click continue after reading that i still have not transferred some purchased goods to my computer or something, and it's asking me if i'm sure i want to do this. What kind of purchased goods is it asking about?
I already backed up my ipod and saved the apps. I just dont want to lose anything else like my music and etc after updating it.
please help!

Yo can always redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If you update via iTunes all your synced media like apps and music have to be in the iTunes library otherwise they are gone.
