Need help with Winclone partition

(I saw all this on a Youtube tutorial)
So I had bootcamp with 100 GB, then it went full so I wincloned all the stuff and deleted Bootcamp partition, and then I went to Bootcamp Camp assistant to make a 250 GB partition and Mount winclone on it, BUT... Boot Camp assistant says I need a Windows 7 installation disk, so im here to ask if theres any other way to make a partition and mount Winclone on it.

Also I saw that on Disk Utility I can partition my Disk, Would it work if I partition it to 250 GB and mount winclone on it? If yes what Disk Format?
(Mac Os Plus, MS-DOS FAT, ExFat, Free space)
