Q: What if I cannot find the redeem code for a movie?

My kids lost the insert with the redeem code. I still have the rest of the packaging, just not the redeem code. How can I download my digital copy?

    You can contact the movie studio that produced your movie and at their own disgression they can issue you a new code. I recently had to do this with my Captain America Blu-Ray, and Paramount gladly supplied me a new code.
