OK, I updated my iphone5, iphone 4s, and ipad 4 to ios 6.1. Now all of them can still see my home wifi, but none of them can connect.
My imac and ipad 2 have no issues. Tried rebooting, but that didnt help. Even reset the apple wifi.
I think the ios upgrade has screwed me out of 3 of my apple products with wifi. Any advice?

i have an iPhone 5 and have the same issue too!
I had that issue too but I just turned off/on wifi and it connected for me. If youve gone as far as restarting each device and they're still not connecting you should contact apple or maybe power on/off your router?

I did an over the air update to my iPhone 5, ios 6.01 to ios6.1
I have 2 access points (Linksys e3000) running ddwrt.
My iPad hasn't been through the update and connected fine.
My iPhone 5 doesn't. Although it can see the access points.
If I reboot my router I can connect, but no connectivity.
I know when ios 6 came out certain netgear access points couldn't connect to ios6. Perhaps this is similar?
Does anyone know how to go back from ios6.1 to ios6.01 ?
I rebooted my router but no fix until I rebooted my wireless extension point router too.
That solved all of my 6.1 problems.
Of course the next day my iPhone battery drained down in an hour.
That seemed to go away after I limited the location tracker.
