Q: Sync Error

When I put songs on my IPhone, while syncing, There can be an error with ONE SONG and it restarts the entire sync. How Can I stop this? Two errors pop up. They say : The IPhone "xxxxxxxxxx" Could not be synced because it could not be found. I missed the other it'll be back soon though
