I can't find the photos tab anywhere on my itunes. Because of that I can't manage my photos. and I accidentally synced all of the photos from my pc to my iPod touch and there's no way of deleting it on the device itself. I tried almost everything like changing the screen resolution, re-installing itunes etc. Please help as i've been looking for an answer for a long time now.

Just music, films, tv programmes, books and apps
It sounds like you are looking at the different topics in your iTunes libary, not the variuos panes (Summarym, Info....Books and Photos.for the iPod
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Overview and yu will see the varios panes.
To sync/unsynce photos to your iPodgo to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>SYnc Photos and follow the instructions.
The Photos tab will only appear when the iPod is connected. Click on iPod (which also only appears when the ipod is connected) - not the eject arrow:
and you will see the Summary pane. Click on Photos and (that I've highlighted) and this pane appears...
...choose the folder you want or turn off the Sync Photos option.
Yes I can see the photos tab in the summary but when I tried to "unsync" the photos by unchecking the button:
(and I clicked the sync below) it still didn't work.

Since you have now chosen that option, it should still be like that. Try the Sync again, without changing any settings.
My iPod Touch has a habit of ignoring some Sync options on ocassions. The other thing that can happen is that the change is made after the Sync has already passed that particular part of its routine. So a second Sync is required.
it didn't work. but I always get this notification:

OK, try this - go back into the Photos tab and check the Sync Photos box, then also check the "Selected Photos" option. That should make all of your folders display. Check one of them only and sync. See if this results in just the one you selected now showing on your iPod.
If that is successful, then deselect the Sync Photos option and sync again - see if it removes the remaining photos....
