Game Center stuck on loading screen?

Not sure when it happened but the Game Center App on my iPhone 4s is stuck loading and loading on screen. I noticed it a couple days ago and thought it would get fixed or whatever but nope, guess not. Tried searching the internet if anyone else had been experiencing this problem but it seem only a few posts are out there so I'm not sure if it's my iPhone that's causing this problem or the GC app itself. Also, I accomplished an acheivment during this time so Is it possible that the acheivment caused the problem?
