I had restore my Ipod last two days , after that when I upload free app sometime I have to put the pass word but sometime not.
But before I restore , I have to put password every time when I upload free app. I'm not sure , Is my Ipod has a probrem or not ?

look under restrictions and app store. If your 'require password' is set to 15 minutes, change that to immediately and you'll have to enter your password every time.
One 'glitch' with iOS6 is that it seems to interpret 'require every 15 minutes' as 'only require the password if there's money involved'
If you change that to require the password immediately then it'll ask for your password for everything, updates and downloads
