hi,

i have got virus message like - click4 assistnace n invalid account number has been passed into the trackting system

how can i get rid of it?

Looks as if that's a subscription service - https://www.click4assistance.co.uk/ - not a virus. Maybe you installed a trial version?

Mac's don't have viruses, per se. There is also no current malware out and about.

You don't have a virus - you might have a pop-up...

Which browser are you using? You need some type of "pop-up blocker" or "ad blocker" extension for your browser.

You SHOULD just be able to block pop-ups using Safari preferences:

If that doesn't help, you may have to clear your Safari cache or just reset certain portions of Safari...

Have you actually installed Click4Assistance? Or perhaps you installed something recently that may have included Click4Assistance?

You may be able to find some information that can help you in Eliminating browser redirects and advertisements.
