Syncing Photos from laptop to iPhone

Hi, I am struggling with transferring my old photos on my laptop to my new phone using iTunes. Every time I synced one folder and start transferring another one, the first one deletes itself:( The folder is created as an album but every time I try to transfer another album, the older one disappears. The album that's transferring at the time appears in Photo Library but disappears also as soon as I start syncing a new album.

I am sure this is a silly problem but I don't know how to fix it, please help.

Thanks a lot

Create one master folder to contain your photos. In that folder create sub folders. Do not create any more sub folders inside the first level of sub folders. Each sub folder will become an album in the Photos app on your phone.

Start itunes on your computer and connect your phone. select your phone in itunes then select Photos from the row of choices provided. When you sync select to either copy all photos or select the sub folders you want on your iPhone.

To add a new folder later select that folder when you sync the next time. To keep existing albums do not deselect the old ones when you sync.

Do delete an album from your phone, sync again but this time deselect the albums you no longer want.

After any change be sure to click on Apply or sync in the iTunes window.
