Exporting audio issues

I'm new to motion. Running 4.0.3. I started with a very simple project and added sfx which I purchased through Itunes (same sfx repeated at intervals) when I export to my desktop it plays. When I move it to my other mac the audio is all out of whack. I use the export as quicktime movie function. I've tried it several times.
