My i5 ios 6.1 hv problem with do not disturb, its working all time, not follow schedule.

Is a schedule set? Was it working correctly prior to installing iOS 6.1?
mine is not working either after updating, any fix in the works? And, yes it was working prior to installing 6.1.

No one here would have any way of knowing. Apple rarely announces plans for future updates.
