Tap to click Windows 8 Boot Camp MacBook Pro Mountain Lion?

I am running Windows 8 through Boot Camp on a 2012 MacBook Pro, and I can't figure out how to enable the tap-to-click feature that I use on the OSX partition of my hard drive. Can anyone help?

Change “Tap to Click” (and other preferences) using Apple’s Boot Camp Control Panel:

  1. Hit Windows + W (er, Command + W) to search in settings, type “Boot Camp” and hit Enter/Return.
  2. Answer “Yes” to the question about whether you want to let this app have its way with your computer.
  3. In the resulting “Boot Camp Control Panel” switch to the “Trackpad” tab.
