Q: i prev purchased my itunes ona mac which i have no access to, can i download my prev. purchases in my account to a windows phone?

does anyone know how to download previously purchased music form itunes to an android pantck flex phone?

You can't. You will need a computer that has iTunes (and an Internet connection, of course). Once you get access to such a computer, see:
