May 12, 2013 4:05 AM in response to eztine20by Techmadness,Eztine20 and everyone else.
My post are being edited by Apple and I've had a second nasty email from them stamping their feet about me providing a support method that fixes their faults.
I will no longer be supporting this topic on these message boards.
Please look at my profile and email me directly at the address there and I will support you separately.
So that this post is not removed I offer this help free of charge as I do in here.
Best regards to all,
TM

May 13, 2013 10:40 PM in response to Techmadnessby Techmadness,Wow, they even edited their own message out of that one!
Well, I've had over a hundred people contact me with their apple problems, if the numbers increase I may actually allocate someone on my tech team to do this full time for a while.

Jun 1, 2013 5:21 AM in response to Techmadnessby JBMS01,Disappointing that the post offering assistance has been deleted by Apple...this exact issue happened to me a few months ago, after trawling through numerous forums, following the instructions from Apple and 90 minutes on the telephone to a Tech I drove to Adelaide (I am in Rural SA) to have my iPad 2 assessed by a Tech - 10 days later I was given a replacement.
I am now on vacation in the UK and (foolishly) applied the update 2 days ago only to have EXACTLY the same issue with the replacement iPad 2. Seriously unimpressed. Now I am stuck with an inoperable iPad until I return to Australia in a few weeks.
Apple - I note almost 40,000 people have viewed this thread so it is clear those posting here are not alone. If there is a fix why on earth have you deleted it? Your reputation for providing exceptional customer service is being eradicated by some very poor decisions. I suspect Steve Jobs may be turning in his grave.
