Q: My Ipad 2 is stuck in recovery mode after the update 6.1

I've got an iPad 2 - it kept freezing, so did the reset (home/power thing) when it goes through the set up screens it gets stuck on agree terms and conditions and won't let you agree - after searching online i have tried connecting to iTunes and doing a restore and update, keeps saying there is a problem with the iPad that requires it to be updated or restored, have done both but still comes up with error message, now its stuck in recovery mode

any help would be much appreciated, it may be old now but id rather it didn't have to go in the bin xx

Can anyone please help me with what the solution was here?  It's no longer posted on the website and my iPad just did the same thing to me and they said they couldn't help at the apple store because of a "hardware" issue, but it is in pristine condition.

My ipad2 when plugged into iTunes just shows the apple logo and bar and iTunes just says waiting for iPad. Doesn't matter how long you leave it plugged in:-(
