Apple service request declined?!

I am really disappointed about apple declining this request. They told me that the iPod is functioning properly which is clearly not true! I tested again today and I am still getting problems. If I don't get this fixed, apple will be losing a customer which had bought nearly every generation of iPod touch. Someone please help, it's not fair as this problem Is covered under my AppleCare warranty

Thanks

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1

We are all just fellow users here and so can do nothing about this, and since you say nothing about the problem we have no way of guessing whether Apple may indeed be right and the problem lies elsewhere. You will have to call Apple support or make an appointment at an Apple Store, if there are any in your area, and discuss the problem with them.

Regards.

I think you've missed the point.

If you tell us what the problam is, instead of simply saying that you have a problem, then perhaps we can help you fix it.

If Apple have declined service because the iPod is functioning properly, that means there is no manufacturing problem. Perhaps the issue is that you are unaware of how to get the best out of your iPod, you have a setting incorrect, or you simply need advice on how to do something. None of that is covered by warranty.
