The same way you rename any other folder on a computer.
Why do you want to do this? It will cause issues with iTunes.

You'll be back here complaining that iTunes can no longer find your Library!

You can rename your iTunes library, in case that is what you mean. Go to Edit > Preferences > General, and overtype the field "Library Name" with the new name.
