Q: I purchased an Ipod 4th Generation from a Canadian seller

I did not realize that it would not be able to access the internet in the same way. For example, I cannot download the Pandora App because Pandora recognizes the Ipod as Canadian. Is there anything I can do to allow websites/apps recognize the Ipod as a U.S. Ipod?

Also, make sure yo iTunes account, including the payment, is associated with the USA

You are in the USA, right? You can only use the country's stores in the country you are located.
