Wired Keyoard-Wireless Mouse Not Responding Win7 with Bootcamp 4

Brand New iMac 21.5 with wired USB keyboard and wireless mouse. Bootcamp 4 install of Win 7 Pro 64bit. At windows login screen keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. In windows safe mode keyboard works but wireless mouse does not work. Diasable the USB 3 extn in Device Manager of windows. Same result. Any work arounds?

Did you download and install the Windows Support Software?

Yes and all seemed to go smoothly. Obviuosly the wireless driver for the apple mouse must not work well as it does not respond under Windows Safe mode, but why would the USB keyboard work under safe mode and not in standard windows?
