Is A1322 battery recall ?

I have got macbook pro mid 2010 13" notebook, but i never used it last one year, 5 days ago i try to open it but it was no answer... When i try to charge, it was not charge too. I bought it when i was in USA but now i am in TURKEY. Please tell me how can i change the battery or can Apple change it? Please help me...
