Q: How can i get a personal hotspot on my ipad 2? Should be possible with latest ios

I have a t-mobile data account for my ipad 2 and want to get a personal hotspot on my ipad. I have ios6 but still no option on the ipad.

How to get this optio like on my iphone5?
