I found my username and placed it into

username/Library/Containers/com.apple.FaceTime/Data/Library/Preferences

and it still could not find the folder/file. What can I do from here?

I have an iMac 21.5 (mid 2011) that I purchased this past summer, and all my software is up to date. I also have reset to my "date and time" to my current location, my firewall is off, and I have a good wifi connection.

My issue is basically FaceTime will unexpectedly end while I am talking with family/friends (who have good wifi connections and only have this issue with me). I get a "FaceTime failed" message when it randomly ends. If you have any suggestions to fix my problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
