Recover Notes Through iPad or MacBook Pro

I accidentally deleted my notes that were in the Note app that originally comes with all Apple products; So I was wondering if there is anyway to recover it from a iPad 3 or MacBook Pro?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5

Not unless you had a backup somewhere else, like on your hard disk or Time Machine.
