How can I create an iBook account for paid eBook if I am outside of US?

If you are not a US citizen, you should check out this page at the IRS for information on how to obtain a taxpayer ID number from outside the US:

Here is a quote from that page: "The IRS has permanent staff available that is able to help process Forms W-7, IRS Application Number and Instructions (PDF) at the following U.S. embassies overseas: Beijing, Frankfurt, London, and Paris. The addresses and phone numbers of these overseas offices may be found at Contact My Local Office Internationally. In addition, there are public accounting firms overseas in certain countries which are Authorized Acceptance Agents for ITIN numbers. You will find their names and addresses at the Acceptance Agent Program page."

Hi Julia,

You'll need to publish with an aggregator like Tablo Publishing. With an aggregator you won't need US tax details, they'll assign ISBNs, publish your book globally etc. Makes like a lot easier from Australia!
