GAME CENTRE / TINY TOWER

My daughter has been playing Tiny Tower.

I upgraded to iPhone 5 and in the process logged out her game centre account. When she attempts to play tiny tower she gets that message that progress won't be saved until she logs back in to her account. Trouble is we can't remember the password or the password for the old email account that is connected to it.

Is it possible to somehow transfer the game or account to my id so she can continue playing?
