Songs to songbook

I can't seem to get a song from chordie.com in chord pro format into my iPad songbook app. Syncing, drop box whatever- for supposedly simple intuitive technology it don't come easy- anybody done it...?

iOS 6.0.1, Main computer is a PCM windows 7.
