I am trying to authorize a dell laptop for use with iTunes. The apple support says to click on a link at store that doesn't exist. Any suggestions?

I am trying to authorize a dell laptop for use with my iTunes. Apple support says there is a link, but it doesn't exist. Any ideas?

On your Computer...


Open iTunes... ( If you end up in the itunes Store you are not where you need to be.)



If you're using iTunes 11 click on the box icon in the top-left corner to see the " Show Menu Bar "


User uploaded file

and from the Menu Bar select Store...


From the Store menu, choose Authorize This Computer.


When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password, then click Authorize.
