unable to sync music with iphone 5. can some one pl assist ?

What error do you get?

You can only sync music via computer iTunes.

Not true. You CAN sync music via Wifi.

If OP is buying directly from Apple iTunes Store, it's not call Sync!

If OP want his/her muisc to Sync to iPhone whether Wi-Fi or cable it has to go via computer iTunes which is in my post. You got a problem with that?

Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync.

To do that you also first have to connect using a cable to set it up in computer iTunes.

Did I say somthing about a cable? Maybe he already connect the iPhone for the first time. So he only has to check the Sync over WiFi in iTunes and he can sync.

But its ok.

Make sure that the "Sync music" and "Entrie music library" options from the Music tab are both checked. You can find the Music tab under your iPhone settings in iTunes once you connect your iPhone to your computer and run iTunes.

What problem? Error messages?

Do you have the latest iTunes 11.0.1?

Are you using the same Apple ID (Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID) on iPhone as well as in computer iTunes?

Check also Settings > Music > Home Sharing > Apple ID

Are you syncing wirelessly or using the dock cable?

Cable:

Is your iPhone selected in iTunes Sidebar, in Music tab (right panel top), Sync Music selected?

Since you have synced before you knolw the drill, I do not want to detail the rest of the procedure.
