Apple Time capsule to backup my external hard drive - on exclusion list???

I want to set apple capsule to backup my external hard drive, but it is currently in the exclusion list.

I can't remove it from the exclusion list, because I can't select it and the - option is greyed out.

It is a WD Passport, used for document files only.
