I'd taking Standford course "coding together: Developing Apps for iPhone and iPad (Winter 2013)" and I can't see optional subtittles on my iPad 3 and iPhone 5.

I activate option of view optinal subtitles in Settings->itunes U, but dosen't work. However If I reproduce same video on iMac/PC I can see subtittles.

Any idea?

Thanks

I have a related question.  I found this course by searching the iTunes U catalog.  While still in catalog, when I played one of the course videos I had the option to turn on subtitles.  However, once I subscribed to the course I found that when I played course videos from my iTunes U library I did not have the option to turn on subtitles.  I turned closed captioning on in Settings -> Videos.  Any ideas as to why I can't get subtitles in my downloaded course content?

BTW, I do not see a setting in Settings -> iTunes U for closed captioning or subtitles.  (iPad 3, iOS 6.1)
