Cannot change my country/region in app store

That doesn't help. I have the same problem with the new ipad (4th generation), ever since I downloaded the new iOS update. It's impossible to change a country or a region.

Change the country from the iphone or from appleid.apple.com will not help...BUT if you do it from iTunes on your PC (click Alt -> Store -> View my apple ID -> enter your password and login -> change your infor here ..it WORKS)

My is iphone5, iTunes 11.0.1.12 on WindowsXP.

Doesnt work on pc as well.... it says "time out"

Just tried with other iphone which runs on ios 5.1 and it worked. So I think there is a problem with ios 6.

Thanks - Worked for me on the PC too.

WinXP on PC, IOS 6.1.2 on iPhone, iTunes 10.5.0.142 (pretty old, tired of upgrading all the time).

Once the change in PC/Mac iTunes is successful, simply open the App Store on iPhone, and - seeing that your AppleID is reassociated with a new country - it will take you to the new country's AppStore automatically.

mine gives me the option to change the apple store county but on my iphone 4 it doesnt actually change, it still says "your account is not valid for use in the u.s store"
