When the phone rings, you cannot answer and hold phone to you ear. It will not work. If you put the speaker on, you can have a conversation.

Q: IOS UNABLE HOW TO BACK UP DATA & SET UP
Connect to iTunes > Restore > Set up as new iPhone > Restore backup.
Or maybe your iPhone speaker is broken.
