Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My phone suddenly grey out the wifi on off button. It was ok when I update my apps then it just tell me to connect to wifi after about half download. My iphone 4 is totally fine using same wifi. I have try to on off phone and reset with holding on off button+home for 10 secs still dont solve my problem. Any idea?
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.2
The Apple support page linked below provides some steps to try to resolve the greed out Wi-Fi problem.
Thank you for your feedback. I tried all steps but non solve my problem. I guess I need to send back to Apple to check.
This is a really widespread problem for the 4S and the best solution for you is to return and replace the handset.
