"Error parsing feed:Invalid XML: Error on line 38

I'm attempting to upload a podcast and I'm getting "Error parsing feed:Invalid XML: Error on line 38: The content of elements must consist of well formed character data or markup. My feed url is www.blogtalkradio.com/bluespot/podcasts. I've gotten past the first screen once but had to go back to update something. When attempting to submit the feed, I continue to get the error above. Help!
