Having issues opening email attachment on my iphone. I'm able to open the attachments on my desktop using Outlook 2010 but not able to do it on my iPhone5
iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1
What type of files are the attachments, also, how big are they?
The files are Excel, Word, PDF. I even sent a test attachment just a regular excel document less then 300kb and we still could not open it. i have even did a total restore of the device and wI still can't get any attachments to open up. The only thing I can think is to take it to the Apple Store and see if the device is defected.
Weird. I can open them on my mini in a read only mode. Have you restarted/reset your device to eliminate memory issues?
