Problems with Apple EarPods

Ok i have my Apple EarPods last December 20, 2012 Last Month and Last January 18 and 27 i noticed my Left EarPods when i am using it and the sounds are not good so i decide to stop the music and after a hour i use again my EarPods and now the Left Earpods are sounds Low is the Apple 1 Year Warranty Can Replaced this Product?
