what are the talktalk email settings for iphone 4s please?

My talktalk email address works whilst I'm on wi-fi, it will receive and send but will not do either when on 3G. Apple can't help, talktalk no good and the carrier Orange is no help. All the internet sourced settings seem to vary according to who wrote them.😟
