drive slots

I have recently acquired a MacPro (vintage 2008). I can see the four drive slots, but the System Profiler shows 6 Intel ESB2 AHCI slots. Where are the other two physically located?

OWC/MacSales sells a kit with two about 18" SATA Data cables (one is a right-angle because space is tight) and a dual backplate to run them out the back as eSATA (i.e., data only, no power).

Users here quickly recognized they could be more valuable for drives, especially SSD drive with no moving parts, in the second optical bay. If your drive does not accept Molex power, you can buy a splitter or adapter from Molex to SATA-power that works with most drives.
