I have tried every way possible to get a refund for the 20gb cloud I paid for. I can't get anyone to help me. Any suggestions

Yes, I called two separate #'s. The first was itunes store who said they have no info on the cloud. They gave me the # 800-MYIPHONE and that is just a constant busy signal. I've been working on this for hours. Apple is usually very good with their help, but not with this issue.

Thanks for your help, it is appreciated, however that was the first number I tried and they are the ones who gave me 1-800-MYIPHONE. I will try again to speak to someone at this number.
After calling this number a 2nd time and explaining what I have gone through they transferred me to someone who would help. That person put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back saying the people I need are all tied up so she will do it herself. She took some info from me and asked very strange security questions, which I had never answered prior. It took over 40 minutes on this call, but it was resolved. Thank you stevejobsfan0123.
