New Canon MG3120 color ink jet wireless on our local network. My iPad2 will not recognize the printer, but my Dell laptop will as will my wife's older Dell and her newer HP. Have tried powering down for over a minute. Downloaded an app that will photosh

My new canon MG3120 will not communicate with my iPad2. Three other Dell computers on our local network will. I have downloaded 3 driver packages from an apple Internet site to the controlling dell but the iPad cannot recognize the printer. Depose ring the router as instructed in one of your previous help outs does nothing. Any suggestions?

Have you checked to see if the printer requires a Firmware update before it can work with Airprint? Many printers do. Here's Canon's steps for it:
