This seems like basic functionality. I can sort my reminders on my iPhone, but on my Mac, when I am online, I can't seem to sort the order of my reminders in the list. I have tried click and drag and command click and drag. They always snap back.

In iCal, go to the View Menu, and choose the appropriate option under "Sort reminders by..."

Ha! Hard to say, since I'm only running version 5.0.3(!) on my work computer. Maybe they took that away?
I can also right click for a contextual menu on the reminder area of iCal and get a menu with the same option, if that helps.
But I'm a version behind you, so that's what I can offer... And to what you may have been asking initially, I see no way to do this in the web platform of icloud.

Thanks Bob. Sorting through the menus in iCal is helpful, but I was hoping to be able to just move a task up and down the list as well. It is possible on my iPhone but not in iCal. Wish they would fix this.
It would also slove my problem if I could sort them in iClould.com reminders. But that looks impossible too. Bummer.
