Music from my iPod Touch isn't going onto My Laptop

At the moment iCloud isint showing up on my Laptop...When I buy music on my iPod it dosent go onto My Laptop which is frusturating cause I have hardly any music

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Try:

iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer

Are you also saying this does not work:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
