Promise Pegasus R4 dont work in my new Mac mini i7 2.6

I bought two new mac minis (2012). My Promise Pegasus R4 does not recognize the device in both. In old mac mini everything works normally.

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

It seems the Mini sees something but is getting no clue

as to what it is which is where the problem seems to be.

BTW, forgot to ask if both old and new Minis running same

OSX version? Also, is the R4 running the latest firmware

version? Also, how is the R4 configured? Do the new Minis

have all the latest OSX and firmware patches?
