iBooks

I've just had to do a factory restore on my ipad and now all my iBooks saved PDFs and books are not in the folders assigned.

I've got hundreds of them, and am so disappointed, I can't believe that when I backed my ipad up that I've lost all of the folders I've created, it makes me wonder why to do a backup at all.
