Ok Seems I'm beaten on this, Iphone 4s stopped working with face time on Cellular, Vodafone said my account is fine,
it works great on wifi,
So got a new phone today from Apple, still no facetime via 3g ? also went and got a new sim from Vodafone
STILL NO FACETIME, via 3g
All settings are fine, Did DFU no improvement,
Any ideas here using 6.1 Brand new phone , brand new Sim ?????

And your provisioned to use cellular data?
Is the recipient also provisioned by their carrier to use cellular data?
