anyone having trouble syncing NOtes between iPhone 5 and Outlook 2007?

Has anyone been able to sync iPhone 5 notes with Outlook 2007 NOTES. My old iPhone 4 worked perfectly... New phone with updated software will not sync at all. Even Apple Care Tech's could not get it to sync up. Also had problems with calendars not syncing up and not being able to erase e-mail.
