can you get back photos from photo stream that have been taken off? I don't see any photos on my iCloud!

can you get back photos from photo stream that have been taken off? I don't see any photos on my iCloud!

p.s. I've been moving and transfering photos back and forth from photo cync and iphoto..but nothing from icloud...
