Cloud isn't syncing properly

I organized my ITunes & playlists and all that on my Macbook Pro a few days ago, this included completely deleting some stuff off ITunes. Why isn't Cloud updating what I've done on all of my other devices? Some of the stuff shows the updates (like my playlists) but the deleted stuff is still on all my other devices. As well as some songs are in playlists that I didn't put them in.

Thanks for any help with this... I'm new to Cloud.
