Ok, i have this friend who lost there ipod touch 4g, but when we tracked on icloud we needed wifi to find it. I need help to know how to find it without wifi

Well...
there's always the old fashioned way.
Think about where you had it last.
- If you last had it in your house, walk around the house and look for it.
- If you think you may have lost it in a shopping centre, or at your school etc., ask their lost property to see if anyone has handed it in.
You may think I'm being flippant, but seriously, what else do you expect anyone to do?
I tell you what!
If you pay my air fare, I'll come and help you look for it.
If you live somewhere exotic, I'll play the air fare.
